Friendly staff made me feel welcome.
My experience was a complete nightmare. I had someone trying to get into my room multiple times. it turned out they mistakenly tried to check someone else into my room. This was infuriating! After explaining that I was already checked in and had paid, they still had the audacity to threaten to call the police. I can't believe how poorly this was handled.
